Our History
Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Fengxian Sub-zone (FSCIP) was established in 2000 by SASAC (The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) of Fengxian District, and then we joined in the “one-system” scheme with the national development park--------Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP) in 2009. In 2016, we merged Shanghai Spark Development Park, and in 2018 we obtained the management of Shanghai Linhai Industry Park.
By 2017, 338 enterprises have settled in the park, 155 of them are in chemical industry, the percentage is 46. Output value is 26.3 billion, chemistry industry is 20.3 billion yuan, and the proportion is 77.2%. All the taxes of our park are 1.6billion, chemistry industry is 1.1 billion yuan, the proportion is 70.2%. A professional chemistry park, which consists of fine chemical, chemical storage, and hazardous chemical exchange platform is formed consequently.

Currently, there are about 150 people working for the company, more than 70% of the staff have got college degrees.
The investment promotion center has 7 employee, all of them have bachelor degree or master degree. Graduated from Chinese top universities and oversea famous university, we’ve got a wealth of experience in project negotiation and customer service. In the past years, we have successfully attracted more than 100 projects to invest in our park.
